How does the American Agent Network benefit Brokers?

• Continue to operate your real estate business as normal, but add an additional tool to help you recruit agents into your office using the AAN Tools and Systems
• Realty Office Centers will be paid for managing transactions for agents who have joined American Agent Network and agreed to participate in the AAN Compensation Plan
• Encourage your agents to build their own business, and in turn, build yours!
• Take your Business Nationwide! Recruit other brokers and agents across the country, and across the street,and get paid on their production

There are 3 Different Levels of Realty Office Center’s

Super Realty Office Center

• All Agents within the Realty Office Center are members of American Agent Network
• Super Realty Office Centers will receive leads from outside recruiting sources
• Super Realty Office Centers will have the highest contract level with AAN
• Will receive buyer/seller leads within the internal referral network

Charter Realty Office Center

• Charter Realty Office Center is defined as the first Realty Office Center in a state
• Will have the opportunity of offering the AAN Compensation Plan as well as the traditional compensation plan already in place
• Charter Realty Office Centers will receive leads from outside recruiting sources
• Charter Realty Office Center’s will have the highest contract level with AAN
• Will receive buyer/seller leads within the internal referral network

Realty Office Center

• Will have the opportunity of offering the AAN Compensation Plan as well as the compensation plan that is already in place within the office
• Will receive referral leads from the network if a Charter or Super Realty Office Center is not in the area, or if the agent decides not to work with that broker
• Will receive the second highest contract level of 80%

Realty Office Center Compensation

• Earn a portion of the Gross Commission Income on every sale
• Earn a transaction fee up to $350 per closed side
• Make up to a 25% Team Bonus on Agents that you recruit
• Start making money Day One, Dollar One with Generational Team Bonuses
